Annual giving is the yearly appeal the Mewbourne College of Earth and Energy makes to all alumni, parents and friends for gifts which can be used immediately to meet the College’s most strategic needs. Undesignated annual gifts allow the Mewbourne College of Earth and Energy to solve problems as they arise, and seize unexpected opportunities. Annual gifts to the Mewbourne College of Earth and Energy may be made through three primary annual programs.
All gifts are tax deductible, and corporate matching gifts may be included as part of an annual contribution by including the matching gift form.

- OU President’s Associates
All gifts received through the President’s Associates are used entirely for academic purposes and enable the University to address critical needs or to explore exciting new opportunities. President’s Associates make an annual gift, half of which can be restricted to the Mewbourne College of Earth and Energy.
- Benefits of Membership include: Invitations to dinners hosted by President and Mrs. Boren featuring national and international dignitaries; Participation in regional special events; Discounts for Jimmie Austin OU Golf Course Memberships; Guest parking permits for the Norman Campus; Invitations to pre-game football activities and the special OU-TX game brunch and escorted bus ride to the Cotton Bowl.
