Biographical Information
Jie Qi received a Ph.D (2017) in applied geophysics at the University of Oklahoma, Norman, and received his M.S. (2013) at the University of Houston. He is currently a postdoc research associate in the Attribute-Assisted Seismic Processing and Interpretation (AASPI) group at the University of Oklahoma. His research interests are in seismic image processing, pattern recognition, seismic attribute interpretation, and seismic facies analysis. He is a member of the SEG, AAPG, and Geophysical Societies of Houston.
